5-6 interviews divided into 3 rounds. All relatively non-technical, but super-personable people. You'll interview with real SE's that you'll meet and work with once you start. Make sure to tie back to why you want to be an SE -- they're not looking for someone who is a coding god, but rather someone who can easily give a high-level overview of complex technical products and dive deeper. Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
Lots of different interviews, felt like going through a giant checkboxing exercise having to present the same content again to lots of different people. Very long hiring process, potentially also because of the CISCO acquisition.
Four interviews scheduled and completed with a presentation. Went very well. Even to the point that the recruiter was talking salary. At the last minute was notified they had decided to move the req to another city. Complete waste of my time.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Splunk

Various interviews with Hiring Manager, technical interview, Sales Leader, One-over-one, presentation and panel.
In the technical interview, different topics were asked in a structured way. The other interviews were open, very pleasant... there was more testing to see if the chemistry was right.
