4 hours but is easy, a lot of listening and then practical exercises. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. No prior experience needed. Take a snack to have inbetween because energy levels must be very high in the interview

Thorough and fun, coaching on carrying glasses, clothing, and interaction with guests. It was a group interview so good to meet people you will work potentially alongside. An enjoyable experience all round.

Group interview process, practised server techniques with other interviewees. The process lasted 2 hours. Carried plates, poured wine, set up tables during the interview. Overall not a stressful experience and was very collaborative.
