SEVERAL steps in this process, as expected for a marketing agency. I was told they were growing and as a manager you would be with your own team with about 5 (?) clients. First part was screening just to see if you're experienced, second part was phone call. Third would've been an in person interview at the office and THEN another interview with upper management/owner that would've been "2 hours and more of a characteristic screening". Also was told is a 'faith based organization' their meetings or days would start with a prayer. They said they were of course open to other practices but wanted to be upfront and honest about how things went at their company.

The interview process went pretty fast, I was contacted by one of the partners, and he told me that they would like to set up an interview. And that I should contact one of the hiring leaders for that role. I contacted him, and we scheduled an interview for the next week. (Interview) I was interviewed by 3 of the marketing leaders, and their questions were pretty straight forward; my interview lasted only 20 minutes. I don't blame them; I was just pretty nervous and did a horrible job answering their questions. I heard back in a couple of days that I didn't get the Job I already knew. One of the leaders did contact me with some pointers on how I can improve.
