Emails to set up starting the phone interviews. Phone interview with one staff member. Moved up to next person in line. Set up time. Then I waited for 40 minutes. Then I checked my email. The person had cancelled the interview via email. They had 4 days prior to do that. Not professional. Not what I expect from a company with such high ratings.
