J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Spirit Airlines (Chicago, IL) en janv. 2016
Entretien
Attended the Group Interview in Chicago 1/19/16 & about 100 people showed up. 3 hour presentation, followed by being split into 2 groups. Each person was then asked to go up to the front of the room, state their name & number, pull a question out of the fishbowl & answer, then repeat your name & number. I didn't make it past this first round, & I'm assuming it's because I accidentally said my name after my # in the end. It's easier said than done though when you have all 10 recruiters blankly staring at you & sitting directly in front of you. I feel like they missed out on some good candidates by judging people this way. A true professional company would put in more effort on screening their candidates.

Question 1
My question was "If you had your own talk show, what 3 guests would you have on?"

Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.

Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking, interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
I applied over the website. They send out emails. You reply to the email with your availability. They sent me a link to a Zoom call. Asked me personality questions and then we set up another interview in Houston Texas.
