I made it there around 645, registration started at 7am. I was 5th in line... They checked my stuff and let me proceed (I made the first cut) presentation for about 1hr 30min, presentation had cussing, provocative language, and bagging on other airlines, not as professional. We then broke into groups by color on our badges... In the group we first lined up table by table and picked a question out of a bowl read it and answered in front of everyone... They deliberated after (made 2nd cut)...we then in our group had to come up with 5 characteristics of a flight attendant, and make up an airline and present it in front ( 3rd cuts are made)... We break for lunch... Come back and it's your f2f review... Cross your T's and dot your I's in this part because now they are trying to cut about 100 people out of the 160..after your interview you go to a waiting area, they will call people up to fill in information on the computer, those people made the next cut... After that finger prints background and drug test if you pass your in!!!

Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking, interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
I applied over the website. They send out emails. You reply to the email with your availability. They sent me a link to a Zoom call. Asked me personality questions and then we set up another interview in Houston Texas.
he airline’s flight attendant interview process begins with an online application, followed by an assessment day involving group exercises and role-play scenarios. Successful candidates then proceed to a 1-on-1 interview, where their communication and customer service skills are evaluated. The next stage is a uniform check to ensure professional appearance, followed by a final review. Those who pass all stages receive a training offer before starting their career. The process assesses teamwork, adaptability, and service excellence
