Tell me about a time when you used your initiative?
First interview was a phone interview with the recruiter then received an email quite promptly to arrange an interview with department head/manager. Quite causal. Interviewer who was the department head was friendly and felt more like a conversation. After interview received feedback from recruiter the next day and made and was made an offer.
