I applied through the company’s website. After 1–2 days, HR contacted me via Zoom, and we discussed my experience, CTC, company’s work timings, and technologies.
For the next round, they gave me a take-home assignment. After completing the task, they provided $50 as a token amount. I was then selected for the next round, which was mainly a technical interview on JavaScript, React, and A/B testing.
I was a little weak in A/B testing, and the feedback I received was: “If you want to go forward in your career in A/B testing, you should focus more on the testing part.” This was a bit surprising for me, as the interview was for an SFD role, not a tester position.
Still, I moved forward. They gave me another take-home assignment to evaluate my skills. After completing it, I received a rejection email.
