Overall process took more than 1.5 months with 2+ weeks between the stages.
First was a call with HR, then Head of Account Unit, then case task, and then again HR call at the end.
After the final stage, communication was ghosted: by the time of deadline I haven’t received any update on offer, received one vague response a week after that the company is still choosing, and then no updates at all.
Communication was poor - responses took long time, my questions during the case stage were not answered at all.
The company doesn’t respect your time and effort. Was disappointed, as the interviews themselves were in a friendly and professional atmosphere.

Stay away from this company! They don't respect your time.
The way they hire people is crazy. You have to talk to HR first. Then meet the person who would be your boss. Then take a test. Then meet another important boss. And finally, meet HR again.
After all this huge process, they offered me a job with much less money (40% less) than what I told them I needed in the first call, and they agreed to that amount. This was very disrespectful. I said no to the offer. They said they would look at it again to give me a better offer. Two weeks later, they called and said the offer was still the same bad one.
Don't believe them if they seem nice. They will try to pay you much less and will make you lose a lot of time.
