The interview process went pretty smoothly, I was first contacted by one of their Talent Acquisition leads and then was invited back the next day to meet with their Lead Research Specialist where we talked more about technical and behavioural skills. I did know someone who worked for the company therefore I did get an additional interview with the Director of Research.
