The interview in my case consisted of three steps. After the initial screening the first round was with human resources, then with manager and then with SP Director + excel exam was mandatory.

I went in for an in person interview at the Toronto location. One manager and one director interviewed me based off my resume. They really only asked questions on my background and why I want to work for spin master etc. I don't think they were really interested in interviewing me since they could barely come up with questions to even ask me. I interviewed two months ago and received no follow up at all. There seems to be a lack of organization and the office seems very crammed (almost no space to even walk in the hallways). They are also paying much lower for the position than other companies for the same role (around $40k). Overall it was a negative experience and I am glad I didn't get an offer from them. I would not have taken it, even if offered.
