After sending my cv and having a brief chat on the phone with their recruiter, I was invited to an on-site interview. The interview was lead by two technical people, but the questions were not technical, as purpuse was to find out if I am a good fit in the culture. A week later, I was invited to a second interview. This was very technical. We liked each other, and they expressed an intention to make an offer on the spot.
