Phone interview, In person interview with direct supervisor and Head Property Manager. The phone call was brief, but detailed all the important information for the position. I was notified what the salary would be and what training would be offered. This was my first position in property management and it was a no experience needed job. The in person interview was fine. They had me fill out paperwork and front loaded expectations for the position. I was hired as a team with my spouse and the company was very interested in his skill set and my customer service background.
