Applied online. District Manager conducted a pre-screening phone interview focusing on my skills and experience. My second interview was in person with the same District Manager The DM did most of the talking informing me of the growth potential within the company. The third interview was with the HR Manager. The HR Manager asked questions about my work experience and my management style.
