Just an initial HR round, a take-home assignment, and a technical interview. Basic things, but it felt like they were doing us a favor by asking questions and giving us tasks.

At first they send a 48 hour assessment, after I submitted the assessment, they began to ghost me. Finally, they said they have moved to another candidates, but when I check my github assessment repo, there is no anyone access my code, so it means they don't even check your code before they made decision. That is totally disrespectful.

Entretien
It was a fair process. The interview was preceded by a magnificent assessment. Their goal was for you to build something you could be proud of, and it really was that way.

They asked about technical stuff, and also they evaluated my soft skills, in order to check whether I would be a cultural fit or not.
