2 interview process. Submitted resume via online process. had first interview, then second was within a week with the district manager. 2 days later received phone call from HR manager announcing their offer and hiring base income of $32k per year. Interview itself was pretty laid back I must say. It was a more "get to know you" type of interview. Basic questions to see what kind of person you are.

The interview was with the District Manager and was very professional. She made me feel comfortable and asked the typical questions. She was very clear with communicating when I should expect to hear from them.

Interview process was quick and easy submitted an application online and was quickly contacted to interview with a recruiter from there I interviewed with a store manager . Was called within 5 days for the position.

Entretien
It was very casual and made me feel comfortable in the company of the interviewer. Traditional interview questions were asked and some small talk was made. It was easy to feel good about the position early on in this stage.
