From the time I submitted the app. online to to the interview it was about one week. The person that interviewed me was on time, asked some questions after looking at my app. and offered me a shift lead position pending my background.

The interview was with the District Manager and was very professional. She made me feel comfortable and asked the typical questions. She was very clear with communicating when I should expect to hear from them.

Interview process was quick and easy submitted an application online and was quickly contacted to interview with a recruiter from there I interviewed with a store manager . Was called within 5 days for the position.

Entretien
It was very casual and made me feel comfortable in the company of the interviewer. Traditional interview questions were asked and some small talk was made. It was easy to feel good about the position early on in this stage.
