Interview was very short, asked about employment and availability. Told me I was hired by the end of the interview and said he would call about schedule but never asked for my phone number.

I walk in and asked for the manager as I have a job interview, she let's me into the back and to the managers office, I get a quick few questions about what hours i'm interested in and other basics, then was told that they aren't actually hiring, but their higher ups ask them to keep them open so that people still apply in case they ever need someone

It was the shortest interview ever. The person who had an interview with me was described as that place's manager. She was only one person on that site, so she had to provide service to customers and ask me about myself at the same time. The music was too loud to hear her properly. As a result, she said that they weren't looking for new crew members and they would let me know if they needed a person somewhere else
