Met with the corporate regional trainer, then was asked to a complete a design for the company. (I was not compensated for the design or the training, though the company wanted to use the design)

When i was interviewed they really didn't explain to my that everything has a tight deadline, that i would have 2 people ordering me around and the fact that as production manager your pretty much everyone including being the trash-man. Over all is was an easy going interview, but the final outcome of the job wasnt great.
