30 minute with intern who knew neither enough about the role nor about my profile. He asked generic questions, most of which I already put in their application form. Plus points for not asking me what type of animal I am.

There were no questions asked about my profile or my skills that were suitable to further qualify me as an applicant. I was asked about my favorite VC books or podcasts... lol
