Four stages with six stakeholders. The process was generally enjoyable and everybody I met was pleasant. At each stage I was asked specific questions about my experience, the role and how I would tackle certain situations.
At the final stage I was asked to conduct a discovery call with a prospect.
Throughout the process HR were tightly engaged, but on conclusion of my last step they went silent and began ghosting me. Unfortunately this tainted my view of the business, and I was ultimately unsure if I was still under consideration or not - in the end I decided to withdraw from the process.

What started out very pleasant turned incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I had two really great discussions and received great feedback on both. Was set up to have the third and it was cancelled a day before under the guise that the interviewer was "unwell" and that they would reach out to reschedule. Weeks and multiple follow ups went by on my part and I did not hear anything until maybe 2.5 weeks later the recruiter said that there are "a lot of moving parts" and they will reach out if/when they can move forward.
If they changed their mind for some reason, that is totally fine but some clarity and decisiveness would have really been appreciated. A huge waste of time on my part, and they really need to work on respecting their candidates if they want to attract top talent in the future.

6 Stages - Recruiter Call, Hiring Manager, VP Interview, 30-60-90 Plan with Hiring Manager and another sales colleague, CRO/CFO interview and Culture interview -- process moves relatively quickly but got very slow at the end.
