It was quite quick and simple. Just need to have a clear understanding about customer handling and answer their questions from your understanding and experience. I had 2 rounds and both went well. Will not take much of your time. There will also be one HR discussion. Please prepare to describe what your job was like in your previous org.

Very long waiting time, I wish they would just update the applicants rather than just making them wait almost 2-3 weeks only to be rejected. They were friendly in the interview and will make you feel like you have a real chance.

Girl, it was a good experience. I had some assessments and I had to make an introduction Loom video talking about my past experience and why I would be a great fit to the company. I didn’t Eventually gets the job because they hired someone more suited for the job and with better experience.
