Interview for Contract2Hire position. Three SQL questions with the hardest involving a WINDOW function with restricted range. Pretty simple interview process. Now that I've worked here long enough to be in interviews I can say the SQL questions aren't difficult as long as you have work experience and are either proficient in Python pd.dataframes or SQL.
