I applied online, had a phone interview with the recruiter one day, then an in-person interview the next day. I received a phone call the day after the interview, with my job offer. I accepted and had to do a drug/background process.

There are three interviews. They mostly wanna know your confident and that you are willing to learn. They also asked if I knew what the internet equipment was and if I knew the difference between the modem and router. They also wanna know what you would do if a customer is yelling at you.
