Whole process was really simple except filling out the application on their website. Took about two calls with a manager and a recruiter and that was it! They asked very simple questions about what your skills are and how you could be a benefit to the growing company and how your skills can relate back to the company.

What’s something that you could bring to Spectrum?
Received a call from HR and went through a small interview with basic questions and then I was moved to an interview. After I moved to the next stage in the process I had another phone interview with the hiring manager for my team.
