Screening Interview with Recruiter, phone interview with Hiring Manager, in-person interview, final interview with HR. Once started, the process moved very quickly. Pleased with the overall process and look forward to the opportunity.

It was a one on one interview and they basically ask you how you have handled certain customer situations and how your skills will fit them. Afterwards they will go over the schedules and the training timeline and start date.

Great interview process and candidate experience. HR and hiring managers did a great job during the interview process. Kept well informed during the entire process. I had an overall positive experience.

A little lengthy of a process, but it was thorough. Feels as though they vet the right candidates for the role. Also enough people in the process to remove any bias.
