It was about an 1 hour and 15 minutes long, he was really nice, friendly, and really laid back and made me feel comfortable. They really want to get to know the people they are hiring so they spend a good amount of the interview talking about how they got there position at spectrum and about there life and then they ask you to do them same. Also research a lot of senerio interview questions, it will help you pre pare for the interview!

First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.

It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
