They just want to know if you are good at learning new things quickly, can multi-task, punctual. The first impression is very important to land the job. Don't be nervous and if you don't hear from the recruiter in 3 days you probably didn't get the job

Phone interview & in person. Very swift and informative during both interviews
I personally didn’t know what to expect since i was searching outside of my trainer career field. But they were open to me even if i didn’t have the exact background they were looking for
