Applied online, made contact with hr recruiter who wanted to schedule an interview, I gave her times in which I was available and she never responded... I emailed her 3 more times that month and she finally responded by scheduling an over the phone interview, she then stood me up for that interview. Eventually I got a phone call days later scheduling an in person interview. The in person interview was great, and then a few days later I received an email stating that I did well over the phone and during the interview, so they decided to hire someone else... Which didn't make any sense.

First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.

It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
