They asked how much I knew about the position. Asked how my work history would be valuable to them. They asked a lot of questions about handling upset customers and times I gave wrong information. Asked about how I would sell to customers. I told them to find the value in how it would benefit customer. It was a pretty easy interview. I advise you do your research on role and responsibilities. As well as use glass door to find common questions this company asks. This helped me a lot. And I went to the interview in full confidence. P.s. Give them an uncomfortable amount of eye contact and don't stop smiling!

First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.

It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
