I applied online and took an assessment. That evening received an email describing the position and permission to schedule a phone interview. The next day I had a phone interview and then an in person interview was scheduled for two days later. I interviewed with 2 different managers in which I believed went well. However, today will be the second Monday to pass that I have not heard anything. I am just hoping no news to be good news

First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.

It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
