Recruiter then a 1 on 1 then I was brought to the hiring manager/floor manager who was very helpful and I accepted because of the merger actually.. Very friendly.... In my opinion

I started my process of working for Brighthouse by submitting an application online. After about 3 days I received a call asking me what made me choose to work for them and why I wanted to. After a few "get to know you" questions, I was then asked when would be a good time to have a follow up interview with another person. I told them as soon as possible. The very next day I had another interview. This person asked me a few technical questions regarding computers and the internet. After that 15 minute call, I was given a time and place to show up for my follow up (in person) interview. I went to the location to be interviewed where I was met with about 13 others applicants. I waited until my name was called and then went into the interview. The interview was very laid back and right to the point. They asked me more tech questions and then followed it up with needed to go take a drug screening right after. I was offered the job on the spot.
