the interview was relatively easy. Asked about my previous work experience, the reason why I left my previous job, where I see my self in the next five years. Also explained the job description and what they expect from their employees.

Quick and straight to the point with simple questions but they will surprise you and bring a colleague into the meeting room at the last minute that is more technical than then interviewer.

I have been scheduled for two initial video interviews with Spectrum but each time the recruiter did not show up or respond to my email afterwards. I logged into the interview room 5-10 minutes early and re-entered several times but no one was there.
Very drawn out but well rounded interview questions, clear communication all around and great company benefits. I had three rounds of interviews; one phone screening, one with a manager with the same horizontal position, and finally one with the manager of my current team.
