Initial interview was with program managers (2). Was asked about past experience and skills. Discussed needs of agency and services provided. Interviewers informed of additional skills testing portion of interview, including observation and documentation. Requested for references.

Straightforward—two interviews, references and then received offer. Fairly communicative throughout, experienced some delays throughout. Overall, no real complaints. Hiring manager made themselves available to answer questions throughout and it was clear the interview were really about values/principles alignment, which was refreshing.
