At the time of phone interview nobody called, so I’ve emailed back to the person who set the date and time of the call (it was set 2 days prior the interview) only to receive autoresponse that person is on leave. Quite unprofessional I’d say. I’ve contacted the email given in the auto response and at the end had an interview and got the offer. Since I’ve accepted the offer, I’ve started to arrange my life events accordingly, but start date was moved 3 times over the course of 3 months, with the last note “we don’t know when the actual start date will be”. I’ve stopped the job search because I’ve accepted the offer here and at the end only wasted time.
