Initial phone screen interview followed by an in person interview with the community manager. Initial phone screen goes over you resume, while the in person interview goes more in depth into your fit at the specific location you're interviewing at. Interviews went well and I was moving forward in the process till I received a generic e-mail saying that they were moving forward with other candidates which was odd after interviewing with the community manager who said I would be moving forward the next day for another interview.
