I applied for this position at the end of January 2026 and didn’t hear anything until June 17, 2026, when I received an email about my application. Before being invited to an initial call, I was required to complete a take-home assessment. Once the call was scheduled, the interviewer emailed just a minute after our start time to say she’d be running 10 minutes late, which felt a bit unprofessional but I proceeded anyway. During the interview, the questions were fairly standard, but they were asked in odd, roundabout ways — it almost seemed like the interviewer was struggling to articulate what she was actually trying to ask. Her tone was monotone throughout and hard to read, which made the conversation feel confusing rather than conversational. I left the call feeling unsettled and unsure how it had gone. After the fact, reading other reviews here from current and former employees in this role, it seems like not moving forward may have worked out for the best.

I applied online after seeing the job posted on a job board. I was quickly emailed by a recruiter and sent a take home assessment to complete. I have submitted the assessment and awaiting next steps.

I am in the first phase of the process. I had an assessment that I had to do first and now I am scheduled for a 30 minute interview. Total time so far is about two weeks
