In office with owner for 45 minutes. Nero’s Coffee Shop with a team leader for another 30 minutes. All easy and basic questions. An easy field observation-day to see if I could handle it. That’s where most quit.

Initial Phone call, one to one interview, then final presentation/ assessment day. The first phone call and interview was with a manager and then the final presentation was from the CEO
