Honestly I believe it was more of a pre-screen than a true interview. He asked me to clarify a few points on my resume, then we went over my strengths and weaknesses. After going over my career goals and what they're looking for, my information was sent to another manager to interview me specifically for her group. That second interview hasn't happened yet, but it has been scheduled.
I have mixed feelings, because on the one hand it's great that I'm not running into roadblocks and things seem to be moving forward, but on the other hand, it also feels like I haven't been given a chance to demonstrate what I can do - so they couldn't possibly know if I'm a decent candidate or not at this point.

It was a very quick process and overall a great experience. I am a young college student but they did not talk down to me, which was a nice change. No complaints!
