They take my PI first in PI the HR person know about my knowledge and my positive attitude skills and after completing my first round they will take my technical after completing my technical round if i clear it they give me job otherwise they cant they say i will call you.

First round face to face second round technical and third one is personal interview. when i go for interview i feel i am not hire but as per my knowledge and my skills and my experience will be hire in sparks to ideas now i am senior developer here.
