They give you a task in the very first step of the application, without even talking with HR. It was not a test or something, I actually invested time and knowledge and after submitting the work, they just wrote me in a very general manner that there is a better match. When someone asks me to invest time and energy, I expect almost the same from them. At least giving a proper feedback would've been nice. Otherwise, it looks like they are gathering ideas from applicants.
