It included four steps. Step 1: Interview with the Technical Recruiter. It was more like a friendly get to know conversation. Discussion was about my resume, company, and work culture. Step 2: I received a coding challenge via codility after the initial call. It inculded two tasks. One was fairly simple and the other took a bit of thinking but still solvable within the given time. Step 3: After they liked my solution, I was invited to a technical interview with two of the Software Engineers from Spaceteams. It was about how I approach a problem and design a system togther in a team. So it did not feel like I was just giving answers and solving everything myself, rather working in a team. Which made it comfortable for me. Also, it was not about any specific technology. Step 4: After a positive evaluation of the previous step, I was invited to a call with the CEO. It was not about any technical aspect. It was focused more on the cultural fit and how the offer would look like to work with Spaceteams. The entire interview process was very fast and smooth. Evryone involved was very friendly and helpful.
