Ridiculous and drawn out. There are far too many rounds of interviews and they are not very open and honest with you throughout the process, a lot of conflicting information is told to you.
Very hard! These ppl will grill you for every possible thing you have ever said for your entire life. Good luck in the process! They will be friendly but find away to make you second guess yourself

Pick something from your resume and explain everything to every detail
Only had one phone interview. Said it would be a technical resume interview, but manager told me he didn't even have my resume pulled up. Proceeded to ask any question he wanted.
