great interview, would love to work there. Very fascinating place with lots of busy bees. Interviewer was very thorough in their questions and knowledgeable about the company. I think the pay and benefits seem fair and the work life balance ok

It took over 4 months to get a response after submitting my application. Set up an initial call with a recruiter where we spent most of the interview discussing relocation and the return to office mandate. The recruiter didn't even know which offices I could report to. The only other question asked was why I applied to the position.
I've interviewed with lots of companies over the years and this was by far one of the strangest and most mismanaged interviews I've ever experienced.

Took a while to hear from SpaceX but once they reached out they were very engaged and provided clear information. There are several interview with a wider audience at each stage.
