The interview process was very brief, but in my case was very open-ended. By the time that SpaceX will interview you, they will already have the idea that you are qualified for the job. At this point, the interview is just to test whether you are passionate about the mission of the company. Everyone that I worked with there was very passionate about space, so make sure you emphasize this in your interview.

I applied online, and a recruiter reached out a few months later to set up my first interview with a Team Lead. It went well so I moved onto the second interview with the Team Manager. Both interviews were extremely technical and they grilled you on your projects.
