Applied online directly to SpaceX, within 3 days had a phone call from recruiter to set up phone interview. 2 days later had first phone interview with recruiter. 3 days later phone interview with engineer, 2 days later asked to fly out for in person interview. Within the second week had my interview and job offer. Interview was in depth with multiple one on one and group interviews including practicals.
