J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez SpaceX en mars 2012

Human Resources was helpful in setting up a phone interview with the hiring manager for the group. The phone interview with the hiring manager took about 30 minutes and consisted of primarily technical questions and in depth explanations of the experiences/projects listed on your resume.
If you are interviewing with SpaceX for a full time, and what would be an associate/new grad position, I would make sure to study up on technical content. SpaceX wants to know that their applicants can do the job before they bring them in. This caught me off guard, but ultimately helped me in the long run since it gave me an idea of what to prepare for in future interviews.
If you do get the opportunity to work for SpaceX be prepared to work long hours. They expect a lot from their employees, but from what I've heard they also compensate them well.
This was only my experience with the company, and each hiring manger will most likely be different, so take this for what it is. A preparation tool to help you land a job.

Phone screen interview included both behavioral and technical questions. The recruiter asked about my project experiences, technical skills, and involvement in engineering clubs to understand my hands on background and teamwork approach.

Intense with only technical questions for just the phone interview. It was supposed to be only 30 minutes and last an hour of pure technical questions. All of the questions were related to the job description though

My first interview was a 30-45 minute phone interview. They originally got to know me and then asked some tricky questions and riddles, including questions about structural engineering specifics and random math riddles.
