-Email from recruiter - Call from recruiter. She explained(same as JD) that the second step is with hiring manager and the third is Final decision -Take-home assignments, each took 30 min -2 weeks later, another email was to schedule a call with the hiring manager - Called canceled, rescheduled for another day(not impressive for me as I planned ahead and to move few things) The hiring manager didn't even know what discussion was held before with the recruiter. He said it was just an introductory call and I needed to do some assignments, which I had already done. - Called my name wrong!!! - Could not answer my question. Very unprofessional and vague.
