      Entretien

      Applied on-line. Received e-mail from HR shortly thereafter requesting me to take an exam (it was the Wonderlic exam). After finishing this, about a week later you schedule a video interview with HR where they watch you take a second Wonderlic test. Next step was a phone interview with a member of the team (about 30 min). Following this, I was asked to come in person to complete a set of three in-person interviews. This was very quick and un-organized (about 45 min. total) and the interviewers didn't seem that prepared. After this, prepare for a lengthy wait to hear back. In my case, I knew during the interview process that I would not be accepting the job regardless and used it for experience. Every person can weigh whether or not this impacts their decision to work here; multiple times throughout the process Republicans and the current President were ridiculed, quite rudely and disrespectfully. Sovos was unaware of my personal beliefs and after hearing their comments on conservative politicians I was immediately turned off. The people seemed very nice throughout the process but they did not seem that they were working that hard or that passionate about their product. Again, every person can judge on their own, but for me I felt fortunate that the company demonstrated a very liberal political slant early on for me to determine that my values and convictions did not align with that of Sovos.

We will follow up on your experience with our interview teams and provide any feedback where possible. Sovos maintains diversity in our employee population, including multiple and different perspectives and viewpoints on various political environments throughout the world. As a note, we do not administer a Wonderlic test during our interview process, as that is a branded and trademarked test. We do use an Assessment that measures a candidates match to the job and their cogitative ability for dealing with rapid change.
