The whole process took about 6 weeks from submitting an application to the in-person interviews. You have to do an online aptitude test and personality test. Then you get a phone interview which lasts about 30 minutes. After that, you do the aptitude test again but with someone monitoring you to deter cheating. A couple weeks later, I was scheduled for a round of interviewing with 3 of the managers in the tax department.
All-in-all, the people I interacted with were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The downside to this interview process is the weird aptitude test but I suppose it's company policy to have every applicant complete it. I can definitely see how some of their other positions may require someone to score well on the aptitude test.
It seems like a great company to work for but the pay is extremely low. Getting a JD isn't cheap, so it's pretty unfortunate that they start their base salary at less than one year of law school.

I applied online, then within a few days received an email to an assessment link. After I completed that, I did a quick phone interview. Then I was asked to complete the assessment again via online meeting. I have not heard back since but the interview process was pretty painless and easy.
